Mawlawi Hibatullah Akhundzada, the supreme leader of the Islamic Emirate, has arrived at the clerics' gathering in Kabul, said Bilal Karimi, deputy spokesman.

The supreme leader of Islamic Emirate entered the tent while Sirajuddin Haqqani, acting minister of interior, was speaking at the session.

Haqqani’s speeches were interrupted when the leader entered.

It is said that Hibatullah Akhundzada is expected to deliver a speech at the session.
