A blast occurring on Monday evening in the Parwan-e-Si area of Kabul left two people dead, a security spokesman said.
Kabul security department spokesman Khalid Zadran said that the blast targeted a car in PD4 of Kabul, in which two passengers were killed.
He said the security forces arrived at the scene and an investigation is underway to identify the two killed passengers of the vehicle.
No one has yet claimed responsibility for the blast.
