Some citizens of the country on 29th November, the International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People asked the Islamic countries not to leave the Palestinians alone in these days of war and insecurity.
They said that Palestinians are currently experiencing one of the darkest chapters in their history and that the war in the Gaza Strip needs to stop.
"Palestinians were oppressed because Israel has oppressed them a lot. All the Muslims of the world should support them [the Palestinian people]," said Jawid, a Kabul resident.
"Islamic countries must support Palestine, an agreement must be made between them so that the Palestinian people can get rid of this war and this crisis," Esmat, a Kabul resident, said.
Meanwhile, António Guterres, the UN Secretary General, has emphasized the need to solve the Palestinian issue based on international laws.
However, some Afghan political analysts said that the only solution to end the war between Palestine and Israel is the formation of two independent states of Palestine and Israel based on the 1948 agreement.
"International agreements are necessary for permanent peace between Palestine and Israel, especially superpower countries and Arab countries should make great efforts to resolve the issue of Palestine and Israel through peace," said Ahmad Khan Andar, a political analyst.
The Islamic Emirate called Israel's war in Palestine a clear aggression on the Palestinian land and wanted the end of this war as soon as possible.
“Israel is a usurping force and has usurped the rights of the Palestinian people. This oppression must end as soon as possible. The people of Afghanistan and other Muslim nations support the Palestinian people and condemn these Israeli crimes,” Mujahid told TOLOnews.
After the Hamas attack on Israel on October 7, the war between Hamas and Israel entered a new chapter.
