IEA invites Pakistan’s Maulana Fazal-ur-Rehman to visit Afghanistan

The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan (IEA) has invited Maulana Fazal-ur-Rehman, head of Pakistan’s Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam political party, to visit Afghanistan.

The invitation was extended by Sardar Ahmad Shekib, Chargé d’affaires of Afghanistan Embassy in Pakistan, who met Maulana Fazal-ur-Rehman at the latter’s residence, the party said in a statement on Saturday.

During the meeting, two sides discussed the relations between Afghanistan and Pakistan and emphasized that good relations between the two countries will guarantee security in the region, according to the statement.
